Recipes Food Korean " Yangnyeom Tongdak "

Ingredient Chicken :
 1 Chicken Cut Into Pieces
 1 Teaspoon Salt ( 1 tsp salt )
 Black Pepper /white ( 1 tbs ground black pepper )
½ Cup Potato ( ½ cup potato starch powder / 감자전 분 )
¼ Cup Flour  ( all-purpose flour )
¼ Cup Rice Flour
1 Egg
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
Canola oil or Vegetable oil

Directions :
  1. Chickens that have been washed clean, given the black pepper (* pepper) and salt, stirring until evenly
  2. Enter potato starch, wheat flour, rice flour, egg and baking soda in a bowl of chicken. Knead until all the  
  chicken evenly with flour wrapped
  3. Fried chicken is wrapped in flour. Try to put a little chicken to the pan, if you've foamy oil means the oil
  is hot and ready to fry chicken. Fry chicken until browned
  4. drain chicken

Ingredient Sauce :
 1 tablespoon canola oil [1 tbs canola oil]
4 cloves garlic minced [4 cloves of minced garlic]
1/3 cup tomato sauce [1/3 cup tomato ketchup]
1/3 cup rice syrup [1/3 cup Korean rice syrup / 쌀엿]; may be substituted honey
¼ cup spicy chili sauce [¼ cup hot pepper paste / 고추장]; may be substituted chili powder / chili sauce spicy
1 tablespoon cider vinegar tomb [1 tbs apple vinegar]
1 tablespoon white sesame topping for chicken

Directions :
  1. Enter canola oil to the skillet, then enter chopped garlic. Fry until fragrant.
2. Enter tomato sauce, rice syrup, chili sauce and balsamic vinegar. Stir until everything is evenly distributed, and cook over medium heat about 5 minutes. Do not be too long cooking so the sauce does not burn. Turn off the stove if it is 5 minutes.
3. Add chicken to the pan fried flour containing red sauce. Stir until evenly distributed.
4. Arrange the chicken to a serving dish, sprinkle with white sesame.

Hi everyone,  I want to write about member boy band " Beast /B2ST" . i think all people in the world know about this boyband. !!right ," Boyband this have 6 member and they very multitalented .They performed in October 2009 By Cube Entertainment , the boyband members are Yoon Doo-joon , Jang Hyun Seung , Yong Jhun Hyung , Yang Yo Seob , Lee Gi Kwang , Son Dong Woon . They  released one korean full length Album , six korean mini albums , One japanese full length and various singles .

  a.) Jang Hyun Seung (Hyunseung)
     

   

























Name : Jang Hyun Seung
Birthday : 03 September 1989
suncheon,jeollanam-do,south korea.
Education : Dongshin Universty , he majoring in applied music.
In 2004 , When he still age 14 hyunseung took part in audition   
YG Entertainment . After 1 year and 2 month of training,   
hyunseung was made a member of YG newest boyband  
BigBang , . He first gained media attention when he appeared in 
the group's predebut Big Bang Documentary,  along with members G-Dragon, T.O.P, Taeyang, Daesung and Seungri. He appeared in 10 out 11 episodes, but was cut from the group in a final elimination round with Seungri. Yang Hyun-suk felt that Hyun-seung's expressiveness and stage presence were underdeveloped at the time. Hyun-seung later met future fellow band member Yang Yo-seob while they wereworking as dancers for a show performance team . Yoseob convinced Hyun-seung to join Cube Entertainment, leading to him debuting with Beast.

Education : Dongshin University majoring in Broadcast Entertainment. 
His dream of becoming a high school Physical Education teacher
 But he changed this after watching MTV's Big Bang  
 Documentary. parents and teachers didn't agree with him at first. However, he pleaded to them to register him for Music school and soon started auditioning to become a singer.
The he became a trainee in JYP Entertainment , and featured in the Mnet documentary Hot Blooded Men . But in this program  he was eliminated along the course of the show .
And then he moved to Cube Entertainment featured as a rapper in AJ’s “Wipe the Tears . he debuted as an actor through More Charming by the Day , All My 
Love and finally he debuted the leader of Beast . 





c.) Yong Jun Hyung (Poppin' Dragon or Joker ) 

Name : Yong Jun Hyung / Joker
Birthday : 19 December 1989
south korean 
He was once a member of the boyband “Xing” along with Kevin from U-KISS and was known as Poppin’ Dragon when he was promoting with them . Junhyung's talent of composing finally revealed when the song he personally wrote and arranged, ‘Freeze’ being included in B2ST's 1st full-length album, "Fiction and Fact". He also personally involved in making the lyrics for the songs in the album along side other composers. He was the co-composer for Jang Woo Hyuk's ‘Day That Time Stopped’ along with Shinsadong Tiger. The nickname Junhyung uses when he works as a composer is 'Joker'.
On February 3, 2012, he released his composition titled, ""너 없이 사는 것도 (Living Without You)"". The track boasting a hip-hop tune is co-produced by Junhyung and composer Kim Tae Joo. The track sings of a man who must overcome the pain of being betrayed by a woman he loves. The back story is ""이럴 줄 알았어 (I Knew It)"" and ""너 없이 사는 것도 (Living Without You)"" is like a continuation of the story .  It was announced on June 28 2011 that he is in a relationship with Goo Hara from Korean  girl group KARA. 




d.) Lee Gi Kwang ( Ace Junior /AJ)

Name : Lee Gi Kwang 
Birthday : 30 March 1990
south korean .
Gi-kwang found interest in hip hop and had particular liking to many classic hip hop acts. He was backed by his family to pursue a musical career and after auditioing for a record company debuted under the stage name 'AJ'.
He was known as the solo singer AJ or Ace Junior when he first debuted and released a mini-album "First Episode: A New Hero”. He debuted as an actor through High Kick Through the Roof ,  My Princess and He also became an MC for different shows such as Hot Brothers, Win Win and SBS Inkigayo. Before he with together beast , he was trained under JYP Entertainment for four years transferring to CUBE Entertainment. He was dubbed by korean media as the next rain and on 2 april 2009 he opened for lady gaga korean showcase. 
in all of member beast , i like he because he very smart in dance and he very cute , when he smile he look like baby face hehehe ^^ upss . 





e.) Yang Yo-seob

Name : Yang Yo-seob
Birthday : 05 january 1990
Education : University of East Broadcasting Arts .
He first gained interest in music and started practicing singing after listening to Brian McKnight's music .
Yoseob became a JYP Entertainment trainee, but left after receiving a bad grade from practice reviews. He moved agencies, to M Boat Entertainment (a former sister company of YG Entertainment) where he was trained for 5 years before transferring to Cube Entertainment where he finally became a member of Beast.
While still a trainee at Cube Entertainment, he became a backup dancer for AJ, his soon-to-be group member and former high school friend, now known as Lee Gi Kwang, in the music videos and live performances of "Wiping the Tears" and "Dancing Shoes".
He released a digital single together with Dalmatian’s Daniel titled “First Snow and First Kiss , and participated in singing original sound tracks (OSTs) for various Korean dramas such as “Happy Birthday” for More Charming by the Day , and “I Cherish That Person” for My Princess and "Loving You" – for All My Love. Yoseob has aparticipated in various TV shows, including KBS's "Oh! MySchool . 

F.) Song Dong woon  

Name : Song Dong-woon
Birthday : 06 june 1991
Education : Konkuk University majoring in image and film. .

Dong Woon was a trainee from JYP Entertainment for 2 years, and was the last member chosen to join BEAST. He is the maknae (youngest) of the group.
Dong Woon is known for his more Western look compared to the other members. He also has various talents such as speaking English and Chinese as well as playing the piano and electric flute.
.Dong Woon's father, Son Il-rak, is a professor at Cheongju University. In December 2010, Dong Woon released a digital single album "Udon" together with Davichi’s Kang Min Kyung. After its release, the song quickly rose up to the top of the charts, bringing in immense popularity and it is expected to start another trend.
