Recipes Food Korean " Yangnyeom Tongdak "


Ingredient Chicken :
 1 Chicken Cut Into Pieces
 1 Teaspoon Salt ( 1 tsp salt )
 Black Pepper /white ( 1 tbs ground black pepper )
½ Cup Potato ( ½ cup potato starch powder / 감자전 분 )
¼ Cup Flour  ( all-purpose flour )
¼ Cup Rice Flour
1 Egg
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
Canola oil or Vegetable oil

Directions :
  1. Chickens that have been washed clean, given the black pepper (* pepper) and salt, stirring until evenly
  2. Enter potato starch, wheat flour, rice flour, egg and baking soda in a bowl of chicken. Knead until all the  
  chicken evenly with flour wrapped
  3. Fried chicken is wrapped in flour. Try to put a little chicken to the pan, if you've foamy oil means the oil
  is hot and ready to fry chicken. Fry chicken until browned
  4. drain chicken

Ingredient Sauce :
 1 tablespoon canola oil [1 tbs canola oil]
4 cloves garlic minced [4 cloves of minced garlic]
1/3 cup tomato sauce [1/3 cup tomato ketchup]
1/3 cup rice syrup [1/3 cup Korean rice syrup / 쌀엿]; may be substituted honey
¼ cup spicy chili sauce [¼ cup hot pepper paste / 고추장]; may be substituted chili powder / chili sauce spicy
1 tablespoon cider vinegar tomb [1 tbs apple vinegar]
1 tablespoon white sesame topping for chicken

Directions :
  1. Enter canola oil to the skillet, then enter chopped garlic. Fry until fragrant.
2. Enter tomato sauce, rice syrup, chili sauce and balsamic vinegar. Stir until everything is evenly distributed, and cook over medium heat about 5 minutes. Do not be too long cooking so the sauce does not burn. Turn off the stove if it is 5 minutes.
3. Add chicken to the pan fried flour containing red sauce. Stir until evenly distributed.
4. Arrange the chicken to a serving dish, sprinkle with white sesame.
